When should full-service planning begin?
Twelve to eighteen months is a useful working window for many destination weddings, although the right start depends on venue availability, guest travel and the number of events. Earlier planning creates more room for comparison rather than rushed decisions.
Does full-service planning include finding a venue?
Venue research and coordination can be included within the agreed scope. The brief begins with destination, capacity, guest access, accommodation, budget and the atmosphere you want rather than a generic list of properties.
Will we see the budget as decisions are made?
Yes. A working budget should show agreed costs, estimates, deposits, remaining balances and due dates so every new choice can be considered in context.
Who coordinates the wedding day?
The Lux Weddings directs the agreed production and schedule on site, with the team size defined by the venue, guest count, number of spaces and complexity of the celebration.
Can you plan for guests travelling from abroad?
