Start planning

Start with a private conversation.

Share the essentials. Abril reviews every enquiry personally before arranging the first video call.

You do not need a confirmed venue or a finished plan. A date range, country and budget range are enough to begin.

Include the country code if you would like Abril to reply by WhatsApp.

What happens next

From enquiry to a clear proposal.

  1. 01

    Personal review

Abril reads the date, destination ideas, budget and the support you are looking for.

  2. 02

    Private video call

You discuss the celebration, what is already decided and whether the planning relationship feels right.

  3. 03

    Written proposal

If the fit is right, the scope explains the service, fee, responsibilities and next steps before work begins.

Questions, answered

Before you send an enquiry

What happens after I send the form?

Your enquiry is stored securely in The Lux Weddings lead inbox and Abril is notified. She can then reply by email to confirm fit and arrange the first video conversation.

Do we need a fixed date and venue?

No. A date range, likely guest count, destination ideas and total budget range are enough for the first conversation. If you already have contracts, mention them in the message.

Can we plan entirely from abroad?

Yes. Planning can move through video calls, shared documents and local supplier coordination. Any trip to Spain should be grouped around decisions that genuinely benefit from being made in person.

Do you work in English?

Yes. The Lux Weddings works with international couples in English and coordinates local suppliers in Spanish.

Is our information shared with suppliers immediately?

No. Enquiry data is used first to respond to you. Relevant details are shared with suppliers only when needed for requested proposals or contracted planning, as explained in the privacy policy.
